Crunchy Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine sweetener, oil and flavorings in a pan and heat to boiling. In large bowl, combine oats (and other flakes, nuts, seeds, coconut chips and seasonings.
  3. After cooling, add dried fruit, tossing to combine, and store in a dry place. Add yogurt or ricotta, milk and fresh fruit when serving, if desired.
