Broccoli And Ham Soup

  1. On 3-quart saucepan cook ham, onion and garlic in butter or margarine until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in condensed chicken broth, fresh or frozen chopped broccoli, water, undrained tomatoes, uncooked macaroni and nutmeg.
  3. Bring to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until broccoli and macaroni are tender.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle individual servings with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
