Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Mix corn, crumbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute onion and parsley in butter.
  3. Add to corn mixture with the beaten egg and apple.
  4. Stir in the cream with a light touch.
  5. Add poultry seasoning.
  6. Stuff pockets in pork chops and brown on both sides in a heavy skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour 1 cup stock or water in pan. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more liquid, if necessary.
