The Best Vegetarian Chili

  1. Sautee onion and garlic for 5 min. using olive oil or vegetable broth, add TVP, sautee another 5 min. Add beans (drain liquid from black beans, and wash them) and tomato products, veggies, and 1/2 the amount of each of the packages of every spice in 2 Alarm Chili Kit (DO NOT USE ANY OF THE MASA). Cook on the lowest heat possible using a diffuser for at least two hours.
