Napa Salad
- 1 Medium Napa Cabbage
- 3 stems green onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 2 packages Ramen noodles-crushed
- Wash and dry Napa. Then chop it with the green onions and mix together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix sugar and vinegar together. Store overnight in refrigerator, shaking often until sugar is dissolved.
- Brown noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in margarine, stirring often. Drain on paper towels for 2 hours.
- Toss noodles-almond mix with Napa and onions. Just before serving, mix oil and soy sauce with vinegar mixture. Pour over salad and stir well.
