Chicken Parmesan
- 4 Chicken Breast
- Garlic
- Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzerella Cheese (Or cheese of choice)
- Italian Bread Crumbs
- One Egg
- Tomato Basil Sauce (One can)
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Dip each breast in the egg.
- Cover both sides of each breast with Italian Bread Crumbs.
- Sear in a skillet on medium heat with a little olive oil until crispy.
- Add a little olive oil to a baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add Tomato Basil Sauce to baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Place breaded and seared chicken breasts in baking dish on top of sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozz and parmesan and garlic and Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 30 min or until done.
