Kentucky Derby Beer Cheese
- 3/4 bottle beer your favorite
- 1/4 Onion large yello, minced
- 3 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper black, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard dry
- 16 ounces Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1. Open beer and let sit for 3 -4 hours.
- 2. Add all of the ingredients except the beer to a food processor and pulse until all of the ingredients are well mixed.
- 3. Turn the processor on continuously and pour in beer.
- 4. Transfer mix to a sealable container. Place a piece of wax paper directly on the cheese and then put thelid on the container.
- 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Serve with crackers, veggies or pretzels
