Kentucky Derby Beer Cheese

  1. 1. Open beer and let sit for 3 -4 hours.
  2. 2. Add all of the ingredients except the beer to a food processor and pulse until all of the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. 3. Turn the processor on continuously and pour in beer.
  4. 4. Transfer mix to a sealable container. Place a piece of wax paper directly on the cheese and then put thelid on the container.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Serve with crackers, veggies or pretzels
