Shrimp Diablo

  1. First peel and devein the shrimp, then saute in olive oil until a pinkish red.
  2. Add shallots, garlic, black pepper and parsley.
  3. Cook this mixture over fast fire for 3 to 4 minutes. The recipe will then be a golden brown and have a delicate aroma. Add sherry, brown sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, dry mustard and catsup.
  4. Cover skillet and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Sever over a bed of long grain rice.
