Granola Cookies With Chocolate And Roasted Almonds

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes. Mix in egg and vanilla, beating well. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly blended. Stir in granola, almonds, and chocolate.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Leave several inches between cookies. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  4. Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
  5. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
