Lamb Curry

  1. 1.try spices on medium-high heat until they start to sputter
  2. 2.tdd one onion and fry, for a couple of minutes. Then add the ginger and minced garlic, until caramelized.
  3. 3.tdd lamb and turn heat up to high
  4. 4.trown lamb
  5. 5.tdd salt
  6. 6.teduce heat to medium-high
  7. 7.tdd turmeric and cayenne to taste
  8. 8.tover and simmer until lamb is tender
  9. 9.tdd second onion and cook until tender
  10. 10.tdd cilantro and stir in immediately prior to serving
