Greek Feta And Olive Spread

  1. Line a baking dish with foil and place feta in the middle. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a dry skillet, toast garlic in its skin until soft and lightly browned. Peel skin and chop.
  3. Sprinkle feta with garlic, olives, oregano and chili powder.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Place under broiler until feta is softened and browned at the edges, 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve with water crackers.
  7. Optional: Mix 1 chopped roasted red pepper to the topping before broiling.
