Pan Sauteed Chicken With Vegetables And Herbs

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine pepper, paparika and flour. Coat chicken
  3. Heat oil in 12 inch oven safe skillet over med high heat. Cook chicken until well browned on all sides. Remove.
  4. Add onions and potatoes and cook 5 min. Add carrots, stock. lemon juice, and oregano. Heat to boil. Add chicken. Cover
  5. Bake 20 min. Uncover and cook 15 min more.
  6. Sprinkle with thyme.
