Kids-Love-It-Casserole
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 jar (14oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 box of macaroni shells, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. (10oz) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- n a saucepan cook beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni, spinach, eggs, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Transfer to a 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
