Friday Night Chili
- 2 lb ground chuck, turkey, pork whatever you wish to make chili with
- 2 LARGE onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 16oz cans of kidney beans
- 2 14.5 oz cans of stewed and/or diced tomatoes
- 2 cups (tomato) water
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 1 can rotel
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 TBS chili powder
- 1/4 tsp tobacco
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook onion, garlic and ground meat until browned over med/hi heat.
- Drain
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, water, paste and all of the remaining herbs and ingredients
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer at least an hour.
- Enjoy!
