Potato And Salami Casserole With Cheese

  1. Melt
  2. butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Blend in flour,
  4. salt
  5. and pepper.
  6. Add milk slowly.
  7. Cook and stir until smooth
  8. and
  9. thickened.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Stir in the cheese. Arrange
  12. half
  13. of
  14. the
  15. potatoes in a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
  16. Add a layer of eggs, then a layer of salami. Cover with about
  17. half of the cheese sauce.
  18. Repeat layering. Bake in moderate
  19. oven
  20. at
  21. 350u0b0 for about 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  22. Makes 8 servings.
