Easy Pork Parmigiana

  1. Combine egg and water.
  2. Set mixture aside.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoned bread crumbs and set aside.
  4. Place each piece of pork between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet.
  5. Dip pork in egg mixture and dredge in crumb mixture.
  6. Cook pork slices in vegetable oil over medium heat until browned.
  7. Arrange pork slices in lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
  8. Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  9. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
  10. Serves 4.
