Fat Mike'S Crab Cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Use hands to mold as many cakes as needed depending on occasion
  4. Add 1tbslp EVOO to a large skillet or flat top. Over med-high heat, cook the cakes in batches and brown on each side (about 3min per side)
  5. Transfer cooked cakes to a lightly oiled baking pan and cook for about 15min or until cakes are firm and lightly bubbling.
  6. Serve over mixed greens or vegetables
