Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large sauce pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and peppers, saute until onion is beginning to be translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients, increase heat and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until sauce reaches desired consistency. Stir in xanthan gum. Process as desired.
