Lasagne Florentine

  1. Set water for lasagne to boil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
  4. Add thawed spinach and let steam over low heat, covered, until limp.
  5. Add sprinkle of salt or soy sauce if desired.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Add remaining tablespoon oil in large skillet and saute onion, add squash and stir until slightly cooked.
