Pepperoni Pizza Bread
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 lb. pizza dough or 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten to blend
- sesame seed
- Brush two 11 x 17-inch baking sheets with olive oil.
- Divide dough in half.
- Roll 1 dough piece out to edges of 1 prepared sheet.
- Place half of pepperoni slices in crosswise rows on dough, leaving 1/2-inch borders at ends.
- Sprinkle with half of Mozzarella, half of garlic powder, half of basil, half of oregano and half of onion.
- Top with half of Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
