Chicken And Dumplings

  1. Pull all chicken meat from bone and cut into small chunks
  2. saute celery and mushrooms in butter in a large skillet with salt, pepper, and celery salt
  3. mix chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in large pot (preferably non-stick but metal will work; you just have to stir more often to avoid sticking) bring to boil
  4. begin adding the McLibb dumplings (breaking to size of your preference) to soup pot
  5. simmer with dumplings for about 10 minutes then add chicken and simmer another 5 minutes, then and celery and mushroom saute
  6. Serve immediately
