Busy Day Goulash Skillet

  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook until beef is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except
  2. macaroni and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add macaroni and cook 10 minutes longer.
  3. If desired, serve with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serves 4 to 6.
