Vegetarian Chili

  1. 1. Saute onions, peppers and mushroom until all soft and wilted.
  2. 2. Add spices and stir about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, TVP and water. Let simmer 2 hours. Add water or vegetable broth if it gets too thick.
  4. 4. Add beans before serving.
  5. 5. Put out optional toppings and serve over rice, corn bread or spaghetti.
