Osso Bucco

  1. Combine first 3 ingrediants in a shallow dish,
  2. stir well. Dredge veal in
  3. flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in oven-proof Dutch
  5. oven over med-high heat.
  6. Add veal & brown on all side Remove from pan & set aside
  7. Reduce heat to med.,add
  8. carrots & next 4 ingre.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes stirring
  10. to deglaze the pan.
  11. Return veal to pan add tomat
  12. and next 3 ingre
  13. Cover & bake @ 350 for 2hours
  14. Dicard bay leaf

flour, pepper, salt, veal, olive oil, carrots, onions, white wine, clove garlic, tomatoes, beef broth, choppedd fresh, bay leaf
