Pizza Casserole
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 to 4 c. mozzarella shredded cheese
- 2 T. butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- Cook noodles according to directions.
- Rinse and drain.
- Combine noodles with butter, grated Parmesan cheese and eggs.
- Spoon into a greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Spoon on top of noodle mixture.
- Power spaghetti sauce over ground beef, then add mozzarella cheese.
- Next arrange slices of pepperoni over cheese and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes longer.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
