Beef With Tomatoes And Peppers

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients with meat.
  2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain; reserve marinade.
  4. Heat wok; add peanut oil. Sear meat quickly over high heat.
  5. Remove meat.
  6. Add oil if needed to stir-fry next 4 ingredients.
  7. Cook until tender-crisp.
  8. Add meat and marinate tomatoes and green onions.
  9. Stir until heated through and slightly thickened.
  10. Serve over rice.
