  6. * Mix Balsamic vinegar and sugar in a frying pan
  7. * Bring to a boil and reduce to caramel consistency
  8. * Let cool
  9. * Place a dollop of mascarpone mousse onto a plate and drizzle Balsamic vinegar caramel thinly over entire plate
