Bourbon Pecan Tart

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Combine first 10 ingredients
  3. Stir well with whisk
  4. Stir in pecans
  5. Roll dough into 13in circle
  6. 9 in tart pan
  7. Trim excess crust
  8. Spoon sugar mixture into crust
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set
  10. Cool completely on wire rack
  11. Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl
  12. microwave on HIGH 1 minute
  13. stir until smooth
  14. drizzle chocolate over tart
