Rigatoni
- 1 (1 lb.) box rigatoni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar mushroom pieces
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water.
- Brown ground beef in large pan.
- Add diced onions, pepperoni (slices cut in fourths), diced pepper, mushrooms and seasonings.
- Stir until all is cooked. Add pizza and spaghetti sauces.
- Grate cheese.
- Drain rigatoni and add to mixture.
- Place 1/2 of mixture into large casserole. Put 1/2 of cheese on it.
- Put rest of mixture over this and finish with cheese.
- Put in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes with cover. Remove cover and brown cheese 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let set 15 minutes before serving.
