Easy, Tender Beef With Gravy

  1. Add a butter to large skillet and heat to medium high.
  2. Mix some salt and pepper in the flour on a plate. Cut meat into serving pieces. Pat the meat dry and dust it with the flour.
  3. Add floured meat to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides (maybe 2 - 3 min. each side). Remove meat to a plate.
  4. Pour into the same skillet 2 cans of Campbell's condensed soup. You may have to pour in a little milk (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 C.). Stir this and scrape up the bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the meat back to this skillet. Cover. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and let it cook for at least 15 min., until the meat is done. The longer it cooks, the more tender and flavorful it gets. Check often to be sure no too much liquid is evaporating, if so you may need to add some more.
