Wendy'S Fabulous Mussels

  1. saute garlic and onion until soft
  2. add stewed tomatoes
  3. salt/pepper
  4. add wine
  5. add soya sauce
  6. add butter
  7. juice of one lime
  8. add chile sauce
  9. add cream
  10. bring to simmer until reduces to a semi thick sauce about 45 minutes
  11. add sesame oil, corriander and mussels, simmer until mussels
  12. open. This is when you can add crumped blue cheese if you like.
