Salsa Salad

  1. Stir all ingedients of salad together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir together dressing ingredients and pour over salad mixture. Stir together, cover and refigerate one day.
  3. Serve with corn chips as a dip.
  4. Or on a lettuce cup with a sprig of cilantro and a slice of avacado, as a side salad.
