Two-Bean Chili

  1. In 6-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to separate meat.
  2. Spoon off fat. Add tomato juice, kidney beans and Great Northern beans.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce to low.
  5. Cover; cook 20 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
  6. Top with sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and cheese.
