Lemon Delight

  1. Cut butter into flour until resembles coarse meal.
  2. Stir 1/2 cup nuts into flour mixture.
  3. Press pecan mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  5. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.
  6. Fold 1 cup whipped topping
  7. into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spread over crust. Chill. Combine pudding mix and milk at low speed.
  9. Spread over cream cheese.

  14. on pudding. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts.
  15. Yields 15 servings.
