Bob'S Banana Pudding

  1. Mix Eagle Brand milk and water.
  2. Add instant pudding to milk and water mixture until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate the pudding mix for 5 minutes to set.
  4. While pudding is setting, whip the whipping cream. Slice the bananas.
  5. Mix whipped cream with the set pudding.
  6. Set aside about half a banana and 6 to 8 cookies.
  7. Begin layering the ingredients in a large serving bowl, making 3 or 4 layers:
  8. 1) pudding/cream mixture; 2) cookies; 3) banana slices; 4) top off with pudding/cream mix.
  9. Garnish top of pudding with rest of cookies and banana slices.
  10. Refrigerate about an hour (unless you can't wait that long).
