Chicken Salan/Korma

  1. 1. Add oil and Caramelize onion until brown.
  2. 2. Strain out onions and put on plate with paper towel.
  3. 3. Add chicken and add all dry spices chronologically.
  4. 4. Let it boil and cook
  5. 5. Add water to allow the chicken to cook.
  6. 6. Take onions and blend onions with yogurt to a paste.
  7. 7. Insert paste into pot and add a bit more water
  8. 8. Cook for about 5 minutes
  9. 9. Done!
