Wayne Thayers Chile Recipe
- Chipoltle chili Powder
- regular chili Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cans Tomatoe Juice
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 to 2 lb ground beef
- Kidney or Pinto Beans
- In a skillet brown the ground beef and add Chipoltle chili powder to taste, regular chili powder, and onions.
- Salt to taste.
- When ground beef is browned, remove from heat.
- When beans are cooked drain off some of the water and add tomatoe juice to the pot and heat to boil, careful not to scorch the tomatoe juice.
- Add ground beef and turn down to simmer. Add chipoltle chili powder and regular chili powder as necessary to pot to taste.

- I add the chipoltle chili powder to your taste it could get very spicy.
- I usually add about 1/2 spice bottle to the ground beef and pot of beans as well, tasting as I go.
- This is very good chili. Enjoy.
