Angel Hair Pasta With Shrimp

  1. Cook pasta in large kettle of boiling water until al dente. Drain well and keep warm. While pasta is cooking, put butter and oil in heavy skilled over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic, tomatoes, and wine. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils. Boil gently for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, shrimp, and parsley (and artichoke hearts & capers if desired). Cook, stirring gently, just until shrimp is cooked (don't over cook). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over pasta. Lift and mix pasta gently.
