Rice Pudding - Rich & Creamy With Caramel

  1. RINSE RICE WITH WATER UNTIL CLEAR.
  2. BRING WATER,SALT,& CINNAMON STICK TO SIMMER OVER HIGH HEAT.
  3. ADD RICE AND SIMMER ABOUT 10 MIN MORE.
  4. STIR IN HALF & HALF & BRING TO A BOIL.
  5. REDUCE HEAT SIMMER ON FOR 30 MIN.
  6. STIR IN CREAM, BROWN SUGAR, CONDENSED MILK,& VANILLA.
  7. SIMMER AND STIR 20-30 MIN.
  8. COVER PUDDING WITH PLATIC WRAP AND CHILL.
  9. CARAMEL
  10. SUGAR, WATER & ORANGE PEEL TO BOIL TO A CARAMEL COLOR. ADD HEAVY CREAM, BUTTER &SALT
