Grilled Vegetables

  1. cube the vegetables. cut the onions in half moon slices and slice the garlic lengthwise.
  2. in a large bowl, add the veggies with the oil and the seasonings. Toss them by hand.
  3. When the grill is hot, add all ingredients to the grill, either in a foil pouch or directly on the surface. When the vegetables have nice color and are soft, turn them out on a serving dish. One may add shrimp or chicken breast if. A generous squeeze of lemon brightens the flavors too. desired.
