Hamburger-Broccoli Casserole
- 1 16 ounce package, frozen Broccoli florets
- 1 pound extra lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 4-6 ounces fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Herbs
- 1 10.75 ounce can, Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups (8 ounces) Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
- Cook broccoli according to package directions, then drain and set aside (do not overcook).
- At the same time, cook and stir the ground beef in a large skillet with the onion and mushrooms. Add seasonings and continue cooking until the beef is cooked through. Stir in the soup and sour cream until completely blended.
- Turn the beef mixture into a medium casserole. Top with the broccoli in a single layer, followed by the cheese. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
