Kabak Mucveri

  1. Sprinkle grated zucchini w/ salt to extract bitter for 5 minutes and then squeeze out extra water
  2. heat olive oil in a shallow pan and fry the onion, garlic, and zuchini until they take on a little color
  3. beat the eggs with the flour to a smooth batter
  4. add cheese, herbs, biber. Season w/ salt\epper
  5. beat in zucchini
  6. heat oil to cover base of frying pan
  7. fry by dropping a spoonful of batter until golden on both sides
  8. drain on paper towel
