Danielle'S Coffee Cake
- 21/2 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cups White Sugar
- 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cups Crisco Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1tsp. Baking Soda
- 1tsp. Cinnamon - mix well
- 1cup Buttermilk *
- 1 Egg
- 1tsp. vanilla
- *1cup milk and 1tsp. of vinegar can be used in place of buttermilk
- Mix well and reserve 1 cup for topping. Mix Flour, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Crisco Oil
- and Salt
- Stir in: Baking Soda, cinnamon - mix well. Add Buttermilk, Egg
- vanilla
- Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Batter will be a bit lumpy. Pour batter into a greased 9x13" pan. Crumble reserved cup of dry ingred. over top. You can also sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts over crumbs. Give it a last good sprinkling of cinnamon and bake @ 350 for 30 min.
