Raw Almost Tuna
- 3 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sprouted lentils (or 1/2 cup Mungbeans
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon kelp
- 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Animos
- 1/2 cup onion
- Two stalks celery
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Place 2 to 3 cups alfalfa in a bull and put aside,
- In a food processor, combined sunflower seeds, almond butter, bread egg, kelp, mung beans and lentils and blend until smooth.
- Add in onion and celery and pulse chop until onion and celery are blended but still chunky.
- Remove from food processor and pour over alfalfa sprouts. Mix well
- If there is too much sauce add some more alfalfa sprouts. Add sea salt taste.
- Note: if this seems bland add more sea salt. You will need a good amount of salt to bring out the flavors of this dish.
