Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks

  1. Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.
  3. Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into both sides.
  4. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Grill steaks, turning once, over medium-hot coals 14 to 18 minutes for rare; 18 to 22 minutes for medium; 24 to 28 minutes for well done.
  6. Place on a warm serving platter; cut across the grain into thick slices. Garnish with orange slices and parsley, if desired.
  7. Yields 8 servings.
