Marbled Orange Fudge

  1. Line 12 x 8 x 2 pan with foil. Very, very lightly spray.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, milk & butter.
  3. Cook & stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Bring to a boil, cook & stir for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in chips & marshmallow creme until smooth.
  6. Remove 1 cup & set aside. (Use a preheated cup or it starts to set up.)
  7. Add orange extract & food coloring to the remaining mixture. Stir until blended.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Drop reserved mixture by tablespoons over the top.
  10. Cut through with a knife to swirl.
  11. Cover & refrigerate until set. Cut into small squares.
  12. Lift foil from pan & store.
