Cherry, Pear And Chocolate Strudels

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Toss pears with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. For each strudel, place 2 sheets of pastry on a flat surface. Lightly coat with oil. Arrange 1/4 of pear mixture in center of pastry. Top with 1/4 of the cherries and 2 tsp chocolate-hazelnut spread. Roll up to enclose filling and form a parcel. Repeat with remaining pastry and fillings.
  3. Transfer to prepared trays. Lightly coat with oil. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream.
