Pork And Noodle Stir Fry

  1. Heat an oiled wok or large frying pan on high. Stir fry pork in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each batch. Add noodles and garlic and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add sugar snap peas, bok choy and scallions and stir fry 1 min.
  2. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, stock and sweet chili sauce. Add to wok and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with sliced chili, scallion and cilantro.
