Pork And Noodle Stir Fry
- 12.5 oz lean pork steaks, sliced
- 14 oz thick fresh egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3.5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed, halved
- 2 heads baby bok choy, leaves separated
- 4 None scallions, sliced, plus extra, to serve
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- None None Red chili, sliced, to serve
- None None Cilantro, to serve
- Heat an oiled wok or large frying pan on high. Stir fry pork in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each batch. Add noodles and garlic and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add sugar snap peas, bok choy and scallions and stir fry 1 min.
- In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, stock and sweet chili sauce. Add to wok and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
- Serve topped with sliced chili, scallion and cilantro.
