Baked Fish With Mediterranean Crumb

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Place fish in single layer on tray. Season to taste. Arrange tomato slices over fish.
  2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over fillets, pressing mixture on firmly. Coat with olive oil and bake for 15-20 mins, or until cooked to your liking and crumbs are golden brown. Serve with green beans and sugar snap peas.
