Thai Mango And Chicken Salad
- 1 None lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- None None Mango Chicken Thai Salad
- 1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves halved
- 1 None mango, peeled, sliced
- 3.5 oz bean sprouts
- 4 None spring onions, shredded
- 1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
- 1/2 None rotisserie chicken, shredded
- To make the dressing, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, chili sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Toss together lettuce, mango, bean sprouts, onions and mint, if using. Cover and chill until required.
- When ready to serve, add chicken to salad, drizzle dressing over top and toss together.
